Frances moves at the speed of light between the big picture and the micro-copy. She loves brands and their power to change behaviour, but is equally fascinated by apostrophes and heading tags.
She believes strongly that the world needs to focus on financial inclusion – and financial wellness. Frances is an experienced facilitator, having run strategic workshops with leadership, and training sessions with those just starting their careers.

Lance is the founder of Narratology. He is a B2B writer and content marketer with global experience and a thought leadership focus.
Lance works with leadership to craft content that boosts their and their organisation’s profiles. His background in journalism taught him how to develop stories that cut through the noise.
Lance works with clients ranging from SaaS software startups to multinational IT vendors. He crafts compelling messages and narratives that resonate with C-suite executives, technical buyers, and end-consumers.
