Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude are becoming part of everyday work. But most people have never been taught how to use them safely or effectively.
Narratology’s AI literacy workshops are designed for non-technical teams, including charities, professional services firms (like solicitors and accountants), and anyone who isn’t involved in tech. We teach real skills in plain English — with a focus on practical use, personal privacy, and ethical awareness.
We also include content about responsible AI use, and are honest about the risks. We pay attention to issues about privacy, climate damage, bias and other real risks of this new technology. We discuss ways to reduce the risks to yourselves and your community
What you'll learn
This isn’t a lecture or a sales pitch. It’s a hands-on, supportive session tailored to people who are just starting out with AI tools.
You’ll learn:

Birmingham
We can also travel or train remotely for teams in other regions.
