This workshop shows delegates how to generate insights from data and then craft compelling stories out of their insights. The workshop is usually six hours of live time, plus three hours for assignments. Where possible, we use examples from your business to look at: 

  • The difference between data, findings and insights
  • How to source and fact-check data
  • How to use data to create findings
  • How to generate insights from your findings
  • How to decide on an angle and weave a compelling storyline from your insights
  • How to present your story, using words and images
  • Using AI in each step of the process

What you will learn

This workshop shows delegates how to get the most value possible from interviews. The workshop is usually six hours of live time, plus three hours for assignments. We tailor the workshop depending on whether the writer is interviewing a subject-matter expert, a business leader, or another stakeholder. Modules include

  • How to prepare for an interview, including writing a good interview pitch
  • How to conduct an interview
  • Working with your interview transcripts
